Minutes from November 4th, 2013!

Hello dedicated MUN-ers!  In case you were unable to attend this meeting, here’s what happened!

Firstly, Chris reminded everyone about the iDinnerary taking place in the Wonders Kiva this Friday at 7pm.  This meeting is mandatory, and extremely important! We will not only be going over the itinerary, but doing van and room signups!  If you are not attending UPMUNC you cannot attend this dinner, however, we will be having a movie night directly after which is open to the entire membership!  So feel free to join us!

Next, we heard from MSUMUN Chief of Staff, Kory Miller, who informed everyone of the upcoming staff meeting this Thursday, November 7th, and 8:30pm in the Wonders Kiva. Sounds like a great time, eh?

Peter then gave us some feedback from the sim, reviews for which were given after the meeting.  He also reminded the membership that position papers for those attending UPMUNC are due tonight by midnight.

Kelsey gave us some updates about McMUN, our first conference next semester.  Firstly, you must have a passport or enhanced driver’s license in order to cross the border –which means, you must obtain one of these things before the conference!  Also, sign ups for this conference will be at our meeting on November 25th.

Courtney reminded those interested in being her AVP that they must have their applications emailed to the IRO email by Wednesday night.
