President Matt Mclaughlin opened the meeting with information concerning our upcoming Barmun conference.

Membership VP Kristi introduced some upcoming social events
Tonight at 5 PM, the gang will be meeting at Chipotle for dinner together.
This coming Saturday, the group with be having a jolly time tailgating  starting at 9 AM before the game. If you are interested in coming, please friend Matt Mclaughlin or Krisit Schmidt on Facebook and they will be sure to invite and send you information regarding the event.

Tech Ops VP Wally Pelton intelligently shared the in's and out's of this very website, ranging from the useful calendar, to the engaging forums, and various websites he'll post for increasing delegate knowledge.

Conference Prep VP Matt Pitlock went over the rundown of committee basics, ranging from background guides and research to actual committee involvement and how it functions. He invited members up to test their skills in a  random category debating practice.
