Chris began the meeting with going over the elections procedures and processes. The nominations always happen the week before the election. This years nomination will happen next week! The elections will follow the order of succession line. Please look at the constitution if you have anymore questions!
Over at Kelsey's Korner, Kelsey announced the very last social event hosted by this years E-board. The Ice Skating Event for time and date please look at the Calendar page!
After Kelsey, VP of Tech-ops got up and presented the new website! which you've been reading the minutes on. Matt showed off the cool additions, like the forums and integrated google calendar.
Corey from MSUMUN took center staged to discuss the upcoming RCMUN III that will happen this weekend.
Chris announced a plug for the Koch scholarship program
and our very own Tania Lopez presented her crisis of the week, the Mexican drug cartels.
Peter used this as a base for his Conprep activity based around a crisis.

Chris started off the meeting by welcoming everyone back from McMun. We went over those who received awards and congratulated them. Congrats Matt Pitlock, Andrew Roth, Christian Gilson, Peter Sattler and Christopher Bourdganis.
Kelsey then was up to present the McMun video she had made. This video had pictures from all the fun things we did at McMun. After the end of the video, Kelsey gave out mock elections!
After the mock awards, Chris invited up our alumni, Christian Scott. Christian came to the meeting to promote and talk about our rising alumni association, MUNAC. To check out more of MUNAC contact them at email@example.com.
E-board took the opportunity to present the slide show, “What does it mean to be an E-board member” The presentation was to inform those members who are thinking of running for E-board what the job entails and to inform the voters what they should be looking for in a E-board member.
Our wonderful member, Courtney Heyse then presented her crisis of the week, this week’s crisis dealt with Super Flus!
We then had Robert Coon, Sec-Gen of MSUMUN to come update IRO on the current evens for MSUMUN. Robert shared that there is an extremely important RCMUN simulation this weekend and invited any IRO member to come participate.
Sam showed off her new shirt for the upcoming MSUIRO Bar Crawl!
Peter ended the meeting with a quick debrief for McMUN.
